Is my ordering process is secure?

We use PayPal for payment process, which is respected worldwide for its top security and anti-fraud systems. None of your credit card details are recorded/stored in our web site. The only place you enter this information is on the PayPal web site.
How soon I receive my painting or What is the turn-around time for my painting?
It depends on size and medium you choose. Please refer the table below for turn-around time.
How much cost is needed to get quality painting from a photo?

How can I receive the painting which had drawn/painted from a photo?
We will send your painting portrait in DHL or Fedex Express or USPS and ParcelForce for UK. We will give you tracking number to track your portrait painting order status in Fedex Express/DHL/USPS and ParcelForce.
What are the Shipping Rates?
We charge 19 USD for all size canvas paintings.
Do I need to pay full amount while ordering?
NO, You DO NOT need to pay full amount when you order, When you place painting from picture order, you pay only 20% of the total order price!
Do the credit card payments are accepted for painting orders?
Yes, credit card payments are accepted. You can also order your painting from photo using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Moneybookers.
Can I send any format of image to paint?
You may send your image in .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, or .tiff formats. We suggest sending the highest resolution and quality photo available. So, artist capture details well in painted portrait.
Who will paint my photo?
Your photo will be painted by our top professional portrait artists and all art work are 100% handmade.
What are all subjects you paint?
There are many subjects we paint from photograph, in that few are family portrait painting, senior portrait, self portrait, child portrait, pet portrait, couple portrait, friends, landscape, house, birds etc.
Do you frame my painting from photograph?
Yes, we do framing. Our framing options are gallery wrap and wooden frame. So you can order framed paintings. You can also order painting without frames, in that case, we roll it in tube and send you in safe.
